I’m Denise Porter.

I’m a Rapid Transformational Therapist (RTT), energy healer, and holistic coach. But before the titles and tools, I am a woman who has walked through the fire and chosen to rise. I know what it feels like to carry the weight of the world on your shoulders, light.

My mission is to guide you back to that home within yourself.

I believe healing is not about fixing what’s broken, but about remembering the wholeness that was always there. You don’t have to strive to be worthy, you already are.

This mission comes from my own journey. I remember the moment I hit rock bottom: I looked strong on the outside, but inside, I was drowning in exhaustion, guilt, and fear. A doctor called it depression, but the truth was I had forgotten how to feel. That was the day I chose, not just to survive, but to heal.

That choice opened a path into the subconscious, into energy work, and into ancient wisdom. RTT helped me rewire the stories holding me back. Energy healing reconnected me to my body and spirit. Shamanic and spiritual practices reawakened the intuitive, powerful woman I had buried beneath years of “doing it all.” And as I healed, I saw healing ripple out to those around me.

I am passionate about creating sacred, safe spaces where you can release what no longer serves you, realign with your soul’s truth, and activate the clarity, freedom, and magnetism already within you. This work isn’t just what I do, it’s who I am.
